In 2006 I took a Quackenbush .457 cal Air rifle to South Africa to hunt big game. In 2007 a friend of mine Stephan Boles bought the air gun and wanted to kill a Bison. So we headed to central Texas and did just that. At 53 Yards the Quackenbush .457 cal Air gun shooting a 510 grain bullet doing over 700 fps took down the Bison quickly with two perfect shots
